โลจิสติกส์ SPU ชลบุรี ร่วมหล่อเทียนพรรษา สืบสานประเพณีไทย ปี 2568

คณะโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม วิทยาเขตชลบุรี นำโดย ผศ.ดร.วีรวิชญ์ เลิศไทยตระกูล รองคณบดี พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ บุคลากร และนักศึกษา ร่วมกิจกรรม 'หล่อเทียนจำนำพรรษา' ประจำปี 2568 วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ ศาลาการเปรียญวัดบุญญราศรี เพื่อสืบสานประเพณีสำคัญของพุทธศาสนา และปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกที่ดีให้กับเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่

กิจกรรมภายในงานประกอบด้วย การเตรียมและหล่อเทียนพรรษา, การถวายสังฆทานและกิจกรรมทางศาสนา และการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างนิสิต คณาจารย์ และชุมชน

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะฯ ในการปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมไทยให้แก่นักศึกษาและบุคลากร นอกเหนือจากการมุ่งเน้นความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการด้านโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน

การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ยังสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการบูรณาการการเรียนการสอนกับการทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในพันธกิจสำคัญของสถาบันการศึกษา โดยนักศึกษาได้มีโอกาสเรียนรู้และซึมซับคุณค่าของวัฒนธรรมไทย ควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาทักษะทางวิชาชีพ

SPU Logistics Chonburi Honors Thai Tradition in the 2025 Buddhist Lent Festival
In a powerful expression of cultural stewardship and community engagement, Sripatum University Chonburi Campus, through its College of Logistics and Supply Chain, organized the annual Buddhist Lent Candle Casting Ceremony to preserve and promote Thai heritage. The event took place in July 2025 and brought together students, faculty, and local community members in a shared mission of sustainable cultural education.
This traditional activity, deeply rooted in Thai customs, strengthens intergenerational ties and emphasizes education for sustainable development (SDG 4.7.1). The act of candle molding and offering to the temple not only showcases students? awareness of their cultural identity but also instills appreciation for intangible heritage, aligning with target 4.7.2 that promotes respect for cultural diversity and sustainable living.
As a public event, it contributes to SDG 11.4.1, protecting cultural heritage through community-based participation. The engagement of youth in religious and cultural activities exemplifies inclusive public spaces (SDG 11.7.1), fostering a sense of pride and shared responsibility in preserving traditions.
Crucially, this initiative also demonstrates the university?s ongoing commitment to SDG 17.17.1 by partnering with local temples and civil society to create impactful experiences that go beyond the classroom, nurturing cultural awareness and civic responsibility.
By harmonizing academic life with local traditions, SPU reinforces its mission of producing graduates who are not only career-ready but also culturally grounded and globally conscious.
