1. สร้างบัณฑิตด้านภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีน การจัดการการท่องเที่ยว และการจัดการธุรกิจ ที่มีคุณภาพและคุณธรรม เพื่อภาครัฐและเอกชน และสังคม
To produce high-quality, ethical graduates in English and Chinese for business communication, tourism management, and business administration who are prepared to serve the public sector, private enterprises, and society.

2. ส่งเสริมให้เกิดการสร้างผลงานวิจัยที่มีคุณประโยชน์ต่อสังคม
To promote the development of research that benefits society.
